If needed, eating assistance will be provided and/or included in a negotiated care plan as follows:

  • Assistance with meals and snacks, including preparation, serving, and eating support.
  • All diet orders and restrictions from a qualified provider are carefully followed.
  • Specialized diets such as mechanical soft, pureed, soft, low-salt, and others are accommodated.
• Toileting

  Maintaining dignity and health includes reliable support with toileting routines. Our staff offers respectful assistance while following individualized care plans designed for comfort and safety. If needed, toileting assistance will be provided and/or included in a negotiated care plan as follows:

  • Full toileting support is provided as required for each resident.
  • Incontinence of bowel and bladder is managed with appropriate supplies and care.
  • Care is available for indwelling Foley catheters, condom catheters, self-catheterization, ileostomy, and colostomy.
• Walking

  Mobility is key to independence, and our staff is available to provide safe walking assistance at any level of need. We support residents in staying active while preventing falls and ensuring proper use of mobility aids. If needed, walking assistance will be provided and/or included in a negotiated care plan as follows:

  • Supervision and support are provided to help residents stand and walk safely.
  • One-person physical assistance is available when extra support is required.
  • Walkers, canes, and wheelchairs are accepted and supported.
• Transferring

• Personal Hygiene

If needed, personal hygiene assistance will be provided and/or included in a negotiated care plan as follows:

  • Assistance with grooming tasks such as shaving and hair care is provided as needed.
  • Washing and general hygiene support are available daily.
• Dressing

Staff are available to assist at any time to ensure clothing routines are completed with care and attentiveness. If needed, dressing assistance will be provided and/or included in a negotiated care plan as follows:

  • Assistance is available for dressing, undressing, and clothing changes.
• Bathing

  Bathing routines are carried out in a way that promotes both cleanliness and safety while following individual preferences. Assistance is adjusted to match the resident’s needs, whether through showers or other personal care tasks. If needed, bathing assistance will be provided and/or included in a negotiated care plan as follows:

  • Bathing or showering assistance is provided according to the resident’s needs and preferences.
