Cultural or Language Access

Our home follows state requirements to accommodate cultural and language needs in care and services. Support is provided in the following ways:

• Meals

  We serve meals that respect and accommodate cultural and ethnic backgrounds, following WAC 388-76-10415.

• Informational Materials

  Written materials are provided in a language understood by residents and prospective residents, as outlined in Chapter 388-76.

• Respect for Backgrounds

  All cultural and ethnic backgrounds are acknowledged, respected, and honored in daily care.

• Primary Language

  English is spoken and used as the main form of communication within our home.

• Resident Requirement

  Residents should be able to understand and communicate in English, as language interpretation is not offered at this time.
